White vinification with temperature control. Aging in stainless steel tanks.
Color:
Pale straw yellow, tending to golden with aging.
Aroma:
Delicate, penetrating, characteristic, fruity (hints prevalent citrus fruits), floral (hints of broom and mimosa), herbaceous, mineral.
Taste:
Dry, fresh, medium-bodied, with good persistence, harmonious, with a characteristic bitterish aftertaste (bitter almond). Freshness and tasty are well balanced.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with first courses based on white sauces, white meats and seafood dishes prepared in any way.

Aroma:
Intense, clean, characterized by spicy notes reminiscent of berries jam and pleasant shades of vanilla. A buttery scent inebriates the nose.
Taste:
Majestic on the palate, with a round and velvety body. The tannic plot is dense and enveloping, excellent persistence.

Ideal with structured meat dishes, game and aged cheeses.
