The Quarrata Estate represents the heart of Cantine Bonacchi. Here, among the hills of the province of Pistoia, the company has developed its operational centre, where winemaking tradition, innovation and organisation come together throughout every stage of the journey from vineyard to bottle.
The estate extends across 38 hectares of vineyards, 34 of which are dedicated to Chianti Montalbano and 4 to IGT Toscana Rosso. The winemaking cellar, designed to handle up to 60,000 hectolitres of capacity, lies at the heart of this process. Every stage, from the arrival of the grapes to the storage of the wine, is managed with precision and care. Meanwhile, the modern bottling facility, capable of producing up to 6,000 bottles per hour, combines production efficiency with rigorous quality controls.
The headquarters also house the company offices and dedicated spaces for welcoming clients, importers and partners from around the world.
