TasteDry, fresh, medium-bodied, with good persistence, harmonious, with a characteristic bitterish aftertaste (bitter almond). Freshness and tasty are well balanced.
Recommended pairingsIdeal with first courses based on white sauces, white meats and seafood dishes prepared in any way.
