Restored with respect and sensitivity, the mill has preserved the charm of its original architecture<\/strong>. Its ancient stone walls tell a story of work, tradition and a deep connection with the land, while its interiors now house large oak barrels<\/strong> in which Brunello di Montalcino embarks on its long journey of maturation.
